In terms of the received laptop, brilliant value, exactly as described, very happy with the company itself. My only downside (note - I've still given feedback as positive) was my experience with the courier used (DPD) who were horrendous - lied about first attempting delivery, didn't deliver when I then PAID to guarantee a slot, then when arrived the packaging was clearly intentionally sliced open at both ends making it clearly visible what was inside - please stop using this courier.
