BUYER BEWARE: I won a grade A - Panasonic Toughbook at a good price. I received a grade B/C tough book, not the same as the photos or description. What I received had a damaged pen holder, missing screws, Windows 10 and slight cosmetic marks on the surround. The seller is dishonest, I asked for a replacement or partial refund but offered a full refund only. Because I got the item cheap, so they gave me a cheap item. Literally you get what you pay for not what is advertised!!! SCAM!

A very good laptop for the price, and seller shipped super fast and very well packaged. The laptop only has a minor comment in terms of the backlight of the keyboard being a bit off and only covering 40% of the keyboard, but realistically, for this price I'd have bought it even if I knew that was the case, and everything else is in top condition. Thank you, and hope to do business with more sellers like yourself.
